Refund and Return Policy
At Jeevansutra Wellness, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under
the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products purchased under special offers or clearance sales
- Personal care items once opened (for hygiene reasons)
Return Process
- Email us at jeevansutra.wellness@gmail.com with your order details.
- Our support team will verify and approve the return request.
- The product must be shipped back to our address as instructed after approval.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within
7 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
